1:1 Distance Reiki Healing Session
This is a 45 minute remote Reiki Energy Healing session - available worldwide. Reiki helps to restore a sense of calm and clarity in your mind and body for your overall wellbeing.
This gentle yet powerful healing session includes a full body scan, chakra balancing, full body Reiki energy healing and energetic aura cleansing to heal and release emotional and physical blockages all in the comfort of your own home. Followed up with an in-depth email report of what came up during the session, what needs clearing in your energy field and the best way to support yourself in these areas moving forward to improve your overall wellbeing.
During your session I will ask you to find somewhere comfy to lay down and relax while you receive the healing. I will message you before and after the session (no need for video call).
Reiki energy healing works to gently cleanse and rebalance your chakras (energy centres in the body), treating the whole person - the body, emotions, mind and spirit. A session helps to create an overall state of wellbeing by promoting relaxation, reducing stress, anxiety & depression, and easing emotional, mental or physical discomforts.

During a healing session, potent Reiki energy will be guided through the body to release stress, stuck trauma, negative and stagnant energy blockages and anything else that is no longer serving you, in order to raise your energetic vibration and bring you a deep sense of relaxation and feelings of peace, security, mental clarity & renewal.
